Booth charges based on your first choice location. Final application cost may vary based upon booth assigned – any difference to be settled in person upon arrival for setup.

Entrance Passes (ADDITIONAL): ($3 each)
Each booth receives 8 entrance passes FREE. Additional passes are $3 each.
Parking Pass (ADDITIONAL): YES ($15)
Each booth receives 1 parking pass FREE. Additional pass is $15. Limit 1 additional.

For liability reasons: Chairs will not be available for rent. White plastic chairs may be borrowed – use at your own risk.

Please note that each booth receives one bulb fixture and one outlet. Additional power requirements must be disclosed in advance.

Liability Insurance: NO, I do not have MANDATORY liability insurance,
thus, I want to be added to the KCFB liability policy at a charge of $100 per vendor.

I will call my insurance carrier to list the Kauai County Farm Bureau as additional insured from August 26-29, 2010.

Those not faxing proof of insurance by August 15th will automatically be added to the KCFB's policy at a charge of $100 per vendor.
