Welcome to the commercial and non profit booth registration area. For the convenience and efficiency for both vendors and organizers, this year the Fair is initiating booth registration online.

This year the policies and procedures are the same, the map is slightly updated. Please peruse all information about booth setup, and "do’s and don’ts" to make for a great event.

Please feel free to make a request on your contract for specific booth # (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices) using the area map.
There are no guarantees for booth space, though we will do our best to accommodate requests in the order they are received.

All vendors will be handled on a first RECEIVED first RESERVED basis with FULL PAYMENT via either check or paypal. Please don’t delay on returning your full payment and contract – as we only have a limited number of booths and those fill up quickly.

The "Official" Hotel for this year’s Fair is the Islander on the Beach.

Aston Islander on the Beach is located at 440 Aleka Place, just a few miles from Vidinha Stadium and conveniently located next to the Coconut Marketplace. Aston Islander on the Beach is offering a preferred rate starting from $95 + tax for all particpants, family and friends of this fantastic event. Rate is based on category availability. Parking is free, stay a minimum of 2 nights and you may have a late check-out at 2pm!
